Ethics & Compliance

Our Code of Conduct

At FlatironDragados, our commitment to ethical business practices is part of our core values and reflected in all of our business decisions. We believe that ethical and economic values are mutually dependent, and that business needs to be done in a spirit of fairness within the framework of existing laws and regulations.

The FlatironDragados Code of Conduct assists the Company and its employees in upholding its commitment to fulfilling our core business values and ethical principles by providing guidance on issues which may arise in day-to-day operations, including areas such as personal and business integrity, business activities and relationships with the communities where we live and work.

Everyone at FlatironDragados, from top management to each individual employee, is accountable to behave ethically and in accordance with the FlatironDragados Code of Conduct.

Our Business Partners

As part of the ACS Group, FlatironDragados is committed to working with business partners that share our commitment to ethical business practices. We expect that our business partners will act responsibly toward their own companies, toward customers and suppliers, toward the environment and toward society. To uphold that expectation, we require that all of our business partners regardless of the size of the company, commit to adhering to the ACS Group Code of Conduct for Business Partners.

This Code of Conduct constitutes minimum standards with which FlatironDragados expects its customers, suppliers and other contractual parties to comply.

Our Commitment Against Modern Slavery

FlatironDragados is firmly committed to upholding human rights and eradicating all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. We have implemented comprehensive policies and rigorous compliance programs to prevent, detect and address any risks or instances of such practices. This commitment extends to all employees, contractors and business partners, reflecting our dedication to the highest ethical and legal standards.

During 2024, Flatiron and Dragados operated as separate legal entities. The companies formally integrated in January 2025. Accordingly, and pursuant to the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (Canada), separate reports have been issued for each entity covering the respective periods prior to integration.
